Hi, I’m Kerri.

I am an educational consultant and former school psychologist with over twenty years of experience working inside public schools. I have spent my career in classrooms, team meetings, and crisis moments, supporting educators, leaders, and students through the emotional and relational realities of school life. I understand schools from the inside out.

I hold master’s degrees in Education and Counseling Psychology, am trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and am a certified life coach. I am also a doctoral student focused on leadership and emotional regulation in schools. This interdisciplinary background allows me to bridge psychology, systems thinking, and practical leadership in ways that are research-informed and immediately usable.

My work centers emotional regulation as a leadership practice and systems issue, not a clinical add-on or crisis response. I partner with schools to move beyond reactive behavior management and build emotionally regulated, sustainable practices that support both adults and students.

My approach is practical, trauma-informed, and grounded in real school environments. Through professional development, coaching, and systems-level support, I help schools embed emotional regulation into daily routines, leadership decisions, and classroom culture.

This work is both professional and personal. As a mother of four, I hold a long view of child development and believe emotional regulation is foundational to learning, leadership, and well-being.
